Great location we stayed here for a swimming competation in UL. Breakfast was good but not a great variety, very clean, good staff, bar staff very friendly, dinner great

We stayed in this hotel for one night. We had requested a quiet room and that was what we got. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff were lovely-very efficient and friendly. The breakfast and bar food were very good. There is a good choice so there is something to suit everyone. The location of the hotel is also excellent and there is plenty of parking. The only downside to this hotel is that it does not have a leisure centre. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Limerick as it is convenient to the city and university.

Unhappy scored 1 / 5 on 17/02/2015

Nice hotel, close to all amenities. Will not set foot in the door again though after issues with management on evening 14th Feb. Left embarrassed over booking arrangements and managments lack of communication with staff members. Felt sorry for staff members as a result. 4+ hour return trip and €100 was a complete waste of time & money

I asked for a quiet room and that is what I got. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and as we arrived late on Fri evening the bar staff kept the kitchen open for us. Food was good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and bathroom was spotless. The hotel is well situated as the bus stop is just outside with easy access into Limerick. I would definitely stay there again.

We are just back from a one night stay in the Kilmurray Lodge and without a doubt would have stayed longer if time permitted and would recommend it without hesitation. It was the best value in a hotel we have stayed in for a long time with two children cost is always a factor. We booked a family room and it was very spacious, had all the requirements we needed and the movies on the TV were a big hit. The staff were extremely nice and went out of there way to assist you. The food was first class and very reasonable in the bar. The park and ride in the hotel run by an outside company was very useful and saved on the hassle of getting about in a city we did not know. Our family room was very spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean. Braekfast quite good as well. Definitely will be back. The only drawback is it doen't have a leisure centre as of yet, which is always good when the children are with you.
