Hotel rooms were clean comfortable and the one we were in was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in Warehouse which was excellent as usual.

Lovely Hotel with a real funky vibe in the restaurant, staff were friendly and courteous, food was spot on, with a great selection on the cocktail menu. Really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation recommending it to friends.

Fab hotel / staff were lovely. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Smiling staff is lovely to be around. One issue I had a problem with was the parking or lack of it. I had asked on the phone if parking was avail & they told me it was at the back of the hotel. Parking was so limited & although I don’t have a disability sticker on my car or possess one I am waiting for a big operation at moment & found the lack of parking a real problem. The first night we had no choice but to park in the disabled space ( which I would have explained with a letter from my Doctor if anyone had inquired or queries ). The second night we had to park on a street in a residential area & had to return early next morn to collect the car in case the traffic warden was in the area. As I am unwell & unable to walk very far this was a real problem for me & I don’t think I’d return again to the hotel because of this it’s too big an issue at the moment been unwell.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our little break at Gallaagher's Hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, spacious and had the bonus of air-conditioning - which I have to say was very welcome as we got a very hot few days while there. It was glorious outside but nice to come into the cool of your room in the evening. There is a lot of building working going on at the moment and it is responsible for some minor glitches but on the whole our 2 night stay was enjoyable.

Only good thing about this hotel is its location very central. Do not like the layout of hotel, no leisure facilities, lid fell off the bin in bathroom, card wouldn't work on the door, remote control was difficult to work out & lastly absolutely no view out of the window. Had dinner in the restaurant on Monday 2nd December and the man who served us was run off his feet. Very nice helpful man but on busy nights he would need some help. Would not stay again.

Spent 2 nights in Gallaghers Hotel (1st/2nd Nov 2013)....Could not fault it in any way. Lovely food, great breakfast & the icing on the cake was the wonderful attitude of ALL the staff. They are a credit to the owner(s) & to Donegal in general.

Myself and my husband arrived around 8pm on a Friday evening. At first we were a little worried in case we didn't get our car parked as other reviews stated it can be difficult. We got parked at the back of the hotel no problem. We arrived to a warm welcome from reception and directed to our room. We had a standard room which was well presented and clean. There was a double bed and a single in the room. Breakfast was lovely no problem at all with the food. We had dinner in the hotel on Saturday night which I could not fault. So all in all we had a great weekend away and would recommend Gallaghers Hotel. We will back again.
