Within a short walk of the fabulous beach and the seaside village of Kilkee, these lovely holiday apartments are based in an ideal location for visitors at any time of the year. The town has lots of great cafes, restaurants and pubs with activities for all age groups.The ground and first floor holiday apartments have accommodation on the same level. These lovely ground floor properties are individually accessible and have a patio area with furniture, a comfortable kitchen/dining/living area; 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom, with a family bathroom and over bath shower Lead Guest must be over the age of 25 years and staying in the holiday homes. We charge 200 security deposit per house upon arrival payable by credit card, for group bookings and festival periods we charge a higher security deposit of 500 per house. Electricity payable on site all year by the guest

Cancellation Description : In the event that you wish to cancel your holiday home reservation, the following charges will apply: On all reservations: Booking deposit is withheld except where cancellation made within 24 hours of making the booking. In such a case we will refund all monies paid less 50 to cover administration costs. 8 - 4 weeks before date of arrival: 50% of rental is withheld plus 50 administration fee 4 - 2 weeks before date of arrival: 75% of rental is withheld plus 50 administration fee Less than 2 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental is withheld We strongly advise that clients take out travel insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel a holiday.

The town is popular as a seaside resort. The horseshoe bay is protected from the Atlantic Ocean by the Duggerna Reef. The town is a key stopping point on the Wild Atlantic Way.
