Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Though it has been extensively refurbished in the centuries since, it retains the charm of the era it was built in. A sweeping tree lined drive and manicured gardens offers an awe inspiring approach, while on the interior, pretty stucco plasterwork cornices decorate the halls and chandeliers glitter from ceiling. PLEASE NOTE. As part of our ongoing plans to enhance our facilities, please note that from 1st November our spa will be undergoing an extensive refurbishment. Treatments will continue during this time. Please note our thermal suite will be closed from Monday 13th November until Wednesday 20th December. On Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th January 2024 our Spa will be closed and we will not be offering any treatments during this time. The Ivy Restaurant will be closed from Monday 27th November until Friday 8th December for refurbishment. During this time alternative dining options will be available for our residents and patrons. We thank you for your understanding and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Cancellation Description : Once you cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival you will not incur a cancellation fee from the hotel. Cancellations that are made within 48 hours prior to arrival and no shows at the hotel will be charged the 1st night of the stay to your card. Please note that your booking deposit is non refundable.

Ivy restaurant really over priced for what you get very limited menu we should of ordered from bar menu..Very limited lunch menu from bar food menu not enough options and very over priced.

Location excellent. Staff: Polite n Obliging. Grounds: Tidy n manicured Hotel: Price affordable. Condition: Clean n Comfortable. Food? Breakfast Good Choice.
Staff are extremely friendly especially the reception staff. Loved the spa facilities. Food was also delicous and served big in the bar. The only reason I didn't give a 5 out of 5 was because they were very miserable with shower gels/shampoos/towels etc in guest rooms - catering only for one guest.
