Spotlessly clean with Fantastic staff. The rooms have all the usual tea making facilities plus iron and hairdryer. Lovely central location easy to find. Will definitely return

Fantastic value for money. Food was excellent and also good value. Why would anyone want to go B&B when you can get this level of care and value in the heart of the town. Nightlife in the hotel itself is not great, and for this reason you loose a star. But to be fair, we were given free drinks vouchers to use in a pub around the corner that was owned by the hotel owner and it was buzzing. Great band playing there. Westport is a great town and with a nightlife to match. I'll be back to avail of the €99.00 special with family and friends.

We really enjoyed our one night stay - service, food and accomodation was suberb. We were lucky not to have a street facing room as did our friends, and enjoyed a great night's sleeep. We hope to return! Venora and Iain.

I stayed in the Mill Times Hotel in Westport for 1 night only, it was very enjoyable. When we arrived our room was not ready but the staff quickly offered us tea or coffee along with an apology....we only had to wait a very short time. We had dinner in the dining room and we were very well treated...the meal was of a very high standard, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice....I would highly recommend this hotel.....Kay Ryan

We stayed for 2 nights in the Mill Times Hotel in Jan 2013. The hotel is a cosy & homely 3stars hotel just off the octagon/clock in the middle of town which is close to pubs, restaurants etc. The staff were lovely, especially the reception staff who were very accomodating. The room was very clean and warm & the water was lovely & hot for a bath! There was no fridge in the room but that was the only downside really. They had a huge selection for breakfast which was nice. We ate both nights in the bar which was quite good. The only gripes I'd have were that the drink in the bar was expensive and the carpark was extremely tight for space, other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Well located 2-3 star hotel in the centre of Westport. Staff did their best and were friendly. Rooms and ,facilities in general, are adequate. Breakfast was better than expected. Car parking in the hotel is an issue as the number of car spaces is very limited. You need to be a good driver to navigate the tight corners of the car park. The biggest issue for us was the noise coming from the late bar which is very close-by and cannot be ignored (especially as you need to open the windows at night for fresh air). This noise would prevent us returning to Westport town hotels at weekends or public holidays - hopefully the late bar does not operate every night. All in all, reasonable value for money is a beautiful town and a location that can be used for endless journies in Mayo.

Stayed at the Mill Times for 3 nights over the easter weekend. Arrived on fri evening had no problem with parking space in the underground car park. However it only holds about 10 cars so i would imagine it fills up very quickly, Check in was brisk and with a smile. Got to our room at the back of the hotel. It was small to average in size but very clean and fresh and warm. The TV needs updating from the old box type to the newer flat screen. I think the hotel is in the process of doing all this as there is a large notice board in reception showing the latest updates. The view was terrible looking out at a concrete wall and a flat roof tith a large extractor on it. This did not bother us too much as we were not there much anyhow. Had dinner in the bar on good friday which was good and well priced and served with a smile. This hotel has exceptional staff - Cannot do enough for you. I would say the same as an earlier reviewer that it is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. We had difficulty sleeping the first night with the noise from the roof extractor outside the window. Rang the night porter at reception who had it stopped only to come back on again 10 minutes later. Breakfast in the morning was cooked fresh which we liked although fruit selection was not great. There was music in the bar saturday & sunday night. But we opted to go into town to savour some of the trad sessions in hobans bar and the cobblers bar only 5 min walk away. Had dinner in the hotel saturday evening which was very well priced and could not fault it.Again served with a smile. We just cannot get over the staff here. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they bend over backwards to make everyone comfortable. Sunday was a wet day but umbrella's are available at reception for any patrons wishing to brave the element's. We asked for a late checkout on the monday at 2pm which again was no problem !! Our only gripe was at checkout when the girl on duty was in the back office on the phone kept us waiting. We paid at checkin so she never left the chair and asked us our room number and leave the cards on the desk. Never asked if we enjoyed our stay or if everything was ok with us. My wife commented to me that this is the first time this ever happened in any hotel that we stayed in. I would have no problem in recommending the mill times to my friends. Mostly because of the exceptional bar staff and Waitor / waitress staff and also the central location of this hotel,

Stayed at this hotel over Easter Friday and Saturday night, we couldn't fault the hotel at all. The staff were the nicest I have dealt with in any hotel always spoke to you and done everything they could for you. The food was beautiful and the bar the same. The rooms has everything you would need and as it was Easter a lovely little touch was leaving Creme eggs on our pillows. The car park for the hotel is very small but there is a car park just across from the hotel and the hotel is in a central location. I will certainly be returning to the hotel when I visit Westport again.

We had a lovely stay, Stayed there for one night, rooms were perfect, and the staff in particular were very friendly and competent, Especially our waiter for the night, I think his name was Ross. Food was good, maybe sometimes seemed a little over the top (no simples dishes here) But as that cannot really be a complaint I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, best place my girlfriend and I have stayed.

The staff at the Mill Times Hotel were exceptionally nice and we found it to be a great family orientated hotel. The room was a bit small for 5 people (2 adults 3 kids) and was very warm. The location of the hotel is great and we all had an enjoyable stay. We would stay there again

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the receptionist Colette we were made to feel very welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with a very extensive Coeliac menu. The waitress and waiter were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. It was excellent value for money and we would certainly return.

bit disapointed when myself and my husband arrived to check in we were told our room was ready, when we went up to the room it was messy, bed not changed, no fresh towels in the bathroom ,very bad smell of urine also..then when we decided to have our two course meal we where told that my husband had to pay 7:50extra for the steak which was not mentioned in the booking.we waited 35mins for our food was very disappointed as it was my husbands birthday treat.the offer is great but hotel very very disappointing .

Nice hotel well located in the centre of Westport. The hotel's restaurant was good and the hotel's staff were excellent. We travelled with two small children and all of the hotel staff we met made us fell very welcome. The room was a nice size with tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press etc. We would definitely return.
