Very disappointing visit to the Coach House. Will never return here or recommend it, stay away. The negatives: There is no receptionist on duty at all and the bar staff seem to run the hotel, but are too busy to deal with you properly. The bed was lousy, had 2 of the worst nights sleep ever, because the bed was saggy in the middle and woke up when I did sleep with back & neck ache. The rooms are tiny, and the walls are filled with dirty marks. The shower room was not cleaned properly, pink fat in shower and hairs in washbasin and shower. Car park is a joke, don't even try and park there, its not easy to get out of. Service in the bar was a joke, waited 40 minutes after main course to order dessert and coffee. Waited 20 minutes to order breakfast in the morning and other couples came after us and were served before us by a big mouthed Italian. The positives: The food is good (when you get it, although stay away from chocolate fondant - its overcooked) The bar man with designer beard was lovely.

We had one night in the coach house hotel ,food was very good. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for valentine day.I love the free newspapers, and I think it is lovely to have bottled water in the room. The car park is a bit tight. Will stay there again. BERNIE.

Fantastic food and service in the Bianconi Restaurant, couldn't be better. Breakfast in the morning was good but we were disappointed that there was no juice, yoghurts or fresh fruit on offer besides the cereal and fry ups. The full irish was very nice and service was great. Our room was clean and airy and well appointed. No bath which was a slight disappointment and was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and well made and loads of pillows which is always a good thing. Too many hotels are mean with the pillows, this is definitely not the case in the Coach House. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and an LCD TV. The choice of channels was a tad limited and way too many sports channels. We would have liked more channels like ITV 2-4 and BBC 3 & 4. However this is a small gripe. our only complaint is the noise outside our room from a neighbouring property. We had to sleep with the window closed or not sleep with it open. This may not be the case in a different room, we mentioned it at reception. overall this is a good small hotel with good food and service and very well located. Signposting to the Hotel could be improved on but its subtle location adds to its charm.

A VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING HOTEL , THE STAFF WHERE MOST HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE , WE DID HOWEVER FIND THE ROOM WE GOT TO VERY DARK WITH LITTLE OR NO NATURAL LIGHT , WE ALSO HAD A FEW PROBLEMS REGARDING THE PLUMBING , ALTHOUGH RECEPTION SORTED THIS OUT VERY QUICKLY . ORANMORE WAS LOVELY AND A PERFECT PLACE FOR A RELAXING BREAK , THE FOOD AT THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT ALTHOUGH IF WE WHERE TO GO BACK WE WOULD BOOK A TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT AS WE WHERE NOT AWARE THAT IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LIDL-BREAKS , ALTHOUGH THE BAR FOOD WAS VERY GOOD . OVER ALL WE FOUND THE BREAK WAS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OFFER AGAIN .
